Yogalates is a training of a low to medium intensity which connects strength and pilates functionality with elasticity and yoga fundamentals. Slow movements, which are typical of yoga, are complemented with the dynamics and rhythm of pilates. Yoga strengthens back muscles while pilates works on stomach muscles. Through many exercises yoga strengthens front side of legs while pilates focuses on gluteus and back side.
Results are visible through the improvement of living standard, and this is due to exercises focusing on attention and concentration from yoga and shaping exercises from pilates.
