Stretching is a program meant for everyone, regardless of age or physical readiness. Through a series of simple exercises and movements, pain in muscles, occurring as a consequence of improper body posture, tension or a past injury, is removed and more flexibility and mobility are obtained.
It can be practised as a warm-up activity before exercising or as a recovery and relaxation after exercising.

Enabling proper body posture and movements, increasing flexibility and mobility, reducing the possibility of getting injured during the training with weights, reducing stress and tension.
