SHAPING EXERCISES

Conditions of a modern, fast lifestyle have a negative effect on a human being. During the day we don’t move enough, and due to that we activate a limited number of muscles. Shaping exercises engage all groups of muscles. Shape and define the whole of body, while developing a proper body posture, good coordination, mobility and spindle-shaped muscles.
