LOSING WEIGHT EXERCISES

This program combines moderate cardio exercises and strength exercises, which are aimed at strengthening body as well as reducing body fat. It is meant for those who wish to take a last step towards achieving ideal figure.  It consists of three parts. After standard warming-up exercises there is the aerobic part which activates big muscle groups, accelerates heart beat and breathing. This is followed by exercises on the floor which strengthen and define upper and lower body muscles, and slightly increase their tonus. The very last part of the training is reserved for stretching and muscle relaxation.
