This is an original author’s project which includes a chair as a primary tool during a training.
This is an interesting high intensive interval cardio training which brings visible and fast results. During the training periods of intensive activities are interchanged with periods of active recovery. Simple but functional exercises that efficiently shape the body are applied – with a focus on legs, buttocks and stomach and they reduce the excess of fat tissue.
This training is not recommended to people who have just started training, nor to people who have problems with their knees and spine.
