Aerobic mix is a combination of hi-low program, i.e. high intensity program and low intensity program. During the aerobic part of the training you get into high intensity part (HI) where the pulse is raised to the level suitable for burning fat. Then, there are shaping exercises which lower the pulse to the level where cardiovascular system is not under a strain (LOW).

Training is done in a low to medium intensity with a simple choreography and shaping exercises, and therefore, it is meant for everybody regardless of their shape and age.
